After competing in gymnastics for 10 years I was offered a job with Cirque Du Soleil.
I performed with the show in Algeria while travelling the world for 7 years.
When returning to Denmark with my Australian Girlfriend, I was on the television show Ninja Warrior which actually kickstarted my CrossFit career.
After falling in the water I decided to find a sport which would make me better overall.
After doing CrossFit for a couple of months I got my Crossfit level 1 Coaching Certificate and started coaching others. I haven’t looked back since.
Living in Australia with my beautiful wife and our two amazing kids is a dream come true. Competing in CrossFit and helping others through CrossFit Woolgoolga is icing on the cake.
My favourite WOD is "Adderall" - Gets me in the hurt locker every time.

I've always been active. Surfing, competitive swimming, soccer, and running were all part of my make-up.
Eventually, I became serious about my soccer, and worked my way through the ranks to become semi-professional, playing in the Women's Premier League. I wanted to reach my peak stamina & strength for soccer, and I used CrossFit to get me there. The exercises and movements had a big impact on my overall playing performance and my endurance, agility, and power.
A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome. The condition not only stopped me enjoying my soccer, but made it impossible to continue playing at that elite level, so l began to focus my energies almost exclusively on Crossfit. Although I started Crossfit to achieve a soccer orientated mission, I quickly fell in love with Crossfit itself.

I've been involved with CrossFit for over a decade and coaching for the majority of that time.
I enjoy the variety of movements and workout types that CrossFit provides on a daily basis.
I love the way that CrossFit challenges you to improve yourself.
Walking in the door and being able to achieve the high-end skills is a great feat and commendable. However, what I really love is watching someone turn up consistently, work the progressions and determinedly progress towards achieving something that they weren't able to achieve when they first started. That's what keeps me motivated as a coach.
My favourite wod is Holleyman, low reps, lots of rounds...and a heavy clean...love it!
